Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend)

12 strips thick-cut bacon

2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

8 shortcake biscuits

1 cup heavy whipped cream

4 tbsp mascarpone cheese

2 tbsp balsamic reduction

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)


Instructions

Cook the Bacon: Fry until crisp, then set aside on paper towels.

Form and Grill Patties: Season beef with salt and pepper. Shape into 8 patties. Grill or pan-fry until cooked to your preferred doneness.

Whip the Cream: In a cold bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in mascarpone until smooth and creamy.
