Ingredients
For the Beef:
1 lb ground beef or thinly sliced steak
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp brown sugar
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
1 tbsp neutral oil (for cooking)
Wrap Kit Extras:
Butter lettuce leaves
½ cup shredded carrots
¼ cup chopped scallions
Crispy garlic (store-bought or homemade)
Cooked rice or vermicelli noodles (optional)
Hoisin-Lime Sauce:
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
Juice of ½ lime
1 tsp rice vinegar
Water to thin as needed
Instructions
Cook beef in oil over medium-high heat with soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, sugar, and chili flakes until browned and saucy. Set aside to cool.
Stir together dipping sauce ingredients until smooth.
Assemble containers: lettuce in one section, beef in another, and veggies, crispy garlic, and sauce in separate areas. Add parchment labels or dividers if desired.
Store up to 4 days. Wrap and dip when ready to eat.
