Ingredients
12 mini turkey drumsticks (or turkey wings, drumette portion)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup apple cider
½ cup BBQ sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 cup crushed pecans
Instructions
Roast turkey: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season drumsticks with salt and pepper, arrange on a baking sheet. Roast 35–40 min until cooked through (165°F internal temp).
Make glaze: In a saucepan, simmer apple cider, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and paprika until thickened, about 8–10 min.
Glaze & coat: Brush drumsticks generously with glaze, then roll in crushed pecans.
Serve: Insert skewers or sticks into each drumstick for carnival-style presentation.
