Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the broccoli florets under cool running water and pat dry. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the Honeycrisp apples into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Toast the chopped nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown and fragrant.
