Ingredients
1 (16 oz) jar dill pickle coins, drained
1 egg, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Remoulade sauce (or ranch), for dipping
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat pickles dry with paper towels.
Dip each pickle slice in egg, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
Place in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly drizzle or spray with olive oil.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
