Ingredients

1 zucchini

1 yellow squash

1 pack chicken sausage (sliced)

1 cup mini potatoes (halved)

Seasoning of choice (garlic powder, Italian herbs, olive oil, salt & pepper work great!)


Instructions

Wash and chop the zucchini, squash, and potatoes into bite-size pieces.

Slice the chicken sausage into rounds.

Toss everything in olive oil and your favorite seasonings.

Add to air fryer basket and cook at 390°F (200°C) for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway.
