Crispy shrimp tucked into warm tortillas with zesty slaw and creamy bang bang sauce—a flavor explosion in every bite!


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 12 tbsp sriracha (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: If using frozen shrimp, ensure they’ve defrosted completely and pat them dry with a paper towel. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Make the slaw: Combine cabbage and carrots in a bowl. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper, and toss.
  3. Prepare the bang bang sauce: Mix mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl. Adjust sriracha to preference and add extra lime juice if desired.
  4. Air fry the shrimp: Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Toss shrimp with oil and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Assemble the tacos: Spread bang bang sauce on tortillas, add slaw and crispy shrimp, and drizzle more sauce on top.
  6. Serve and enjoy with lime wedges!
