Ingredients
2 lbs golden potatoes
5 tbsp olive oil
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Peel potatoes and cut into ½-inch thick slices.
Carefully make shallow horizontal cuts on one side, flip, and make diagonal cuts on the other—don’t slice all the way through!
Soak in cold water for 20 minutes to help crisp.
Pat dry, toss with olive oil and salt.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place in basket and cook for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
