Ingredients
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 4 ripe tomatoes, chopped
• 5 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 bunch fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Toss in the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tomatoes soften and start to break down.
Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 4–5 minutes, or until pink and cooked through.
Stir in the chopped dill, season with salt and pepper to taste.
